Today’s #thrashmetalcardio was not a good one. I couldn’t stop yawning so I couldn’t keep a regular breathing rhythm plus my right calf started cramping about 3/4 mile in so I called it at three miles. It’s my first cardio of the year that isn’t at least in the 70s. The only repeated bands today was Slayer and Exodus but they were very different eras of the bands so it’s all good in the hood.
